We're based in Etobicoke (Toronto) and serve small and one-person service businesses across Ontario, Canada. Setup is done remotely (phone, text, email and screen share), so you don't need to be near us.

How remote setup works

1. A short call or chat. What you do, the jobs you want, the ones you don't, and which towns you cover.
2. We set up your bot. Your company name, your services, your service area by postal code, and who gets the urgent texts.
3. You test it. Text it, chat with it, try to trip it up. Nothing goes live until you say so.
4. Go live. Your first month is free. No contract after that - $99 a month for the full package, cancel any time.

Your service area, not ours

Your bot knows the towns and postal codes you cover. If a customer is outside your area, it tells them straight instead of wasting your time with a callback.
