Is it AI? Will it make stuff up to my customers?
No. The bot follows set rules written for your business. It says it's a bot, never quotes a price, never promises an arrival time and never gives a flat 'no'. It gathers the details and hands them to you.
What does it cost?
$99 a month for the full package: the answering bot (missed calls and texts), website chat, Click Guard and Get found by AI. No contract, and the first month is free. Putting the chat on your website is a $49 one-time setup.
What happens when I miss a call?
The caller gets a text back right away. The bot asks for their name, address, phone and what's wrong, flags it if it's urgent, and texts you the lead so you can call back when you're off the ladder.
Does it work for my kind of business?
If you run a super-small or one-person service business, yes. Your bot gets set up around your business in a quick conversation at signup. Handymen, cleaners, painters, renovators, plumbers, roofers, electricians, landscapers, mechanics, groomers, dog walkers, movers, barbers, tutors - you name it. Plumbing / drain / septic and roofing have ready-made question sets; for everything else we write your questions with you.
Does it work in other languages?
The bots run the full intake in English and French, and greet callers in several other languages and take their message. Translations get checked by a native speaker before they go live.
What is Click Guard?
A tracker for your Google Ads. It records how each ad click behaves on your site and flags the ones that look fake or repeated, so you can block them and stop paying for them.
What does 'Get found by AI' do?
More customers ask ChatGPT, Google's AI or Perplexity who to call. We show you which AI assistants check your site and what they see, then fix what's missing (business details, service pages, robots.txt and so on) so they can recommend you.
Do I need a new website?
No. The chat goes on the site you have (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or plain HTML). The missed-call text-back doesn't need a website at all.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month. Cancel whenever.
Who reads my leads?
You do. Leads go to you by text and email. We don't sell them, share them, or add anyone to a mailing list.
