Part 1 · the lead bot

Catches the job while you're doing one.

Missed calls, texts and website chats all land in the same place: a clean lead, texted to you.

It's the real bot. Ask it anything, including the price.

What it does

  • Missed call: the caller gets a text back right away and the bot takes the details by text.
  • Text or website chat: same questions, same rules.
  • Gathers: name, address or area, phone and what they need, plus the questions for your kind of business (for a plumber: owner or renter, how urgent, access; for a cleaner: type of clean, size, dates; for a groomer: the pet and the dates).
  • Checks the service area by postal code before you ever see the lead. Out of area gets a polite answer, not a wasted drive.
  • Flags urgent jobs (sewage backing up, active roof leak, car not safe to drive, or whatever counts as urgent for you) and texts you right away. Routine leads come by email.
  • Multilingual: full intake in English and French; greeting and message capture in several more languages.

What it never does

  • Quote a price.
  • Promise an arrival time.
  • Pretend to be you.
  • Tell a customer a flat "no". You make the call.
  • Sell or share a lead.
